Develop Phase- Media Components
Hi guys, hope you are doing well:)
In this post I'm going to write about Develop Phase-Media Components. These components play the most important role in our final presentations. Let's show and explain some of them:
-text;
-graphic;
-animations;
-audio.
Let's begin with the text. As far as you are concerned it plays the key role. The way we write , how do we show the most important words , whether it is worth shown in bold or not ; these are all the features that make us work carefully on it, making it as simple as we can for those who are going to read it. We also should focus where to use capitals and words in bold to attract student's attention and make them have interest on what we are going to explain later on. It should not confuse them.
Graphics are those which bring a presentation to life, make it more interesting and funny.
They can be created from computer programs or can be imported from an existing file. They make the presentation more colourful. To make it easier for people to ise them , PowerPoint allows to import pictures that are not provided as clip art. It is helpful for each of us to use graphics in our presentations but not exaggerating.
When we say ' animations' we have in mind moving pictures. So, they are effects where pictures can be able to move. It attracts our attention and make the presentation funnier. Eventhough they take time to be created , they are worth showing on PPT. We also should test them in different computers to see differences or if they work properly.
If we put audio in our presentations , it would be better and helpful for listening skill. I've done such a thing in my project and i think it will be prefered by other students. An audio can include music, sound effects. We can record it and put it on computer disks but it will take a lot of time. If we take it somewhere else with the right program we can cut it or mix it with other sounds to make it more interesting and present something new.
Hope you enjoyed reading this , feel free to add your coments:)
